  1. 1.5 cupdates (khajur)
  2. 1/4 cupcrushed almond
  3. 1/4 cupcrushed cashew
  4. 1/4 cupcrushed walnut
  5. 1/3 cupdry coconut(grated)
  6. 2 tsppoppy seeds
  7. 1 tspghee
  8. 1/2 tspganthoda powder
  9. 1/2 tspDry ginger powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take dates and remove seeds. Grind in a mixture jar.

    Heat ghee in a kadai. Add crushed almond, cashew and. Walnut. Roast for 3 minutes. It becomes crunchy.

    Add grinded dates and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Roast dates for 3 minutes. Mixture becomes soft. Mix it properly with dryfruits. Add grated dry coconut and roast for 1 minutes. Add ganthoda powder and dry ginger powder. Give a nice mix.

    When mixture becomes Cool, shape ball size laddu, roll them in a poppy seeds and grated coconut.

    Enjoy tasty and healthy khajur laddu.
