Ingredients

  1. 2Potato
  2. 2 tspHoney
  3. 4-5Dried red chilies
  4. 4-5Garlic
  5. 1Spring onion
  6. 1 tspSesame seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  9. 1 tbspSezwaan sauce
  10. 1 tbsppizza pasta sauce
  11. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  12. Oil for deep frying
  13. 1 cubeButter

    Peel and cut potatoes and wash thoroughly. Cook potatoes up to 60 percent, drain than coat in cornstarch. Set aside for 10 min.

    Meanwhile chop garlic and spring onions. Toss sesame seed to lightly brown colour.

    Take oil in deep kadai. When oil is hot. Double fry potatoes to nice golden crispy crust.

    Take a another pan, add hot oil and butter, add garlic saute till raw aroma goes away. Add dried red chiili and suate again for 1 min. Add sezwaan sauce, tomato ketchup and pizza pasta sauce. And stir to 2-3 min. Add fried potatoes, sesame seed and spring onions, drizzle honey over it and serve hot.
