Ingredients

  1. 1 cupragi sooji/daliya
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 3green chillies chopped
  4. 1 cupmix veggies chopped (carrot, capsicum, tomato,peas)
  5. 1 sprigcurry leaves
  6. 3 tspoil
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 tspjeera
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2lemon juice
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  14. 2 tspcoconut grated

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast ragi sooji/daliya for few minutes. Heat oil add mustard,jeera, when crackles add onion, curry leaves and mix veggies and fry for a while.

    Add two cups of water,salt, sugar and lemon juice when it starts boiling add roasted ragi daliya and mix it cover and cook till it absorbs all water and becomes soft.

  3. 3

    Add coriander leaves, coconut and serve / enjoy.
