Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 small cup paneer
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  5. 1chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tspajwain
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl combined wheat flour, paneer, gated carrot, ajwain,1/2 tsp haldi powder, 1 chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt and mix it well.

    Add enough watyer and knead a smooth dough. Once it is done keep aside for 4 minutes.

    Heat tawa. From dough take a small ball. Roll it like a chapati and make a paratha shape. Place the paratha on tawa and cook both the sides. Apply oil and fry till it is light brown in colour both the sides. Once it is done.

    Then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy with amla pickle.
