Ingredients

  1. 1/2Broccoli
  2. 1/2purple cabbage
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1cucumber
  5. 1/2 cupsprout moong
  6. 1/4green capsicum
  7. 1/4yellow capsicum
  8. 1/4red capsicum
  9. 1tomato
  10. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  11. 1/4 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and Wash carrot and grate in a bowl.

    Wash purple cabbage and separate it's 2 leaflets for placing and garnishing on serving plate.

    Grate remaining purple cabbage and keep in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Wash and chop cucumber, red, green and yellow capsicum in square pieces.

  5. 5

    Blanch broccoli in hot water and keep in hot water for 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Take a serving plate. Place all the chopped vegetables ingredients on purple cabbage leaf. Add moong sprouts. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Add lemon juice.

    Serve chilled this healthy and nutritious salad.
