Moms Cous Cous Salad
The first and only recipe given to me by my momma. Great summer salad to use up tomatoes and cucumbers and tastes great on a hot summer day.
Cooking Instructions

Cook cous cous as directed on the package.

Remove from pot and place into a big bowl. Place in refrigerator (or freezer) to cool -you want it at room temp or cooler.

Dice cucumber, tomato, and chives/green onions into small pieces.
- 4
Once your cous cous has reached room temperature, mix in vegetables
- 5
Add vinegar and garlic salt to taste. You want the mixture tart!
- 6
Place covered in the refrigerator until serving.
