Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 bunchGreen onion or chives
  • 1 boxParmesan cous cous
  • 1/2Cucumber
  • 1 mediumtomato
  • 1/2 cupRed wine vinegar
  • 1Garlic salt -approx 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cook cous cous as directed on the package.

  2. 2

    Remove from pot and place into a big bowl. Place in refrigerator (or freezer) to cool -you want it at room temp or cooler.

  3. 3

    Dice cucumber, tomato, and chives/green onions into small pieces.

  4. 4

    Once your cous cous has reached room temperature, mix in vegetables

  5. 5

    Add vinegar and garlic salt to taste. You want the mixture tart!

  6. 6

    Place covered in the refrigerator until serving.
