This is the healthy version of butter garlic Naan with whole wheat flour. Here we swap refined flour into whole wheat flour.
Cooking Instructions

For making dough take a flat plate or paraat then take wheat flour add oil curd salt sugar baking powder baking soda and make a dough. Need it properly. Give give rest for half an hour. Cover this dough with weight cloth. Then take one bowl and add butter in it

In that butter and crush the garlic and coriander and mix it well. Now keep PAN on medium flame. Prepare same portion of Dough. While preparing naan on flat surface spread kalaunji if you don't have kalonji you use Sesame seeds what kalonji gives nice taste and then put your wheat ball. Spread Some wheat flour. And prepare oval shape naan

Before putting in pan with the brush spread some water on wheat naan. And that side you put on pan. Now you spread butter garlic on upper side.When bubbles come to the naan that time you turn your pan on flame side so that upper portion of naan will be cooked.

So your butter naan is ready serve this button on with any gravy which you like.
