  1. 1/2 cup(150 gram) Quinoa
  2. 300 ml water
  3. 3 tbsp oil
  4. 2 tbsp pure ghee
  5. 1medium size chopped tomato
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  8. As par taste salt
  9. 1/2 tbsproasted cumin powder
  10. 1/2 tbsp amchur powder
  11. Coriander and lemon juice (Optional) garnishing

    First, gather all the ingredients. Wash the Quinoa three times with water.
    Put water in a pan to boil, once the water boils, add the Quinoa and stir, then keep it on low flame and let it cook. Once the water is absorbed and the Quinoa is cooked, turn off the gas, cover it, and let it rest for 5 minutes.

    Wash and chop the tomatoes and green chilies. Heat 2 tablespoons of pure ghee and 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies and mix well. Then add the boiled quinoa, amchur powder, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt or rock salt to taste. Mix everything well. Let it cook for 5 minutes, then if you wish, add coriander and lemon juice and mix well (I didn't add it).

    Take out the prepared quinoa pulao in a plate and serve with fried potato wafers and curd (yogurt).
