Ingredients

  1. 200 gmcabbage
  2. 1small onion
  3. 1 small tomato
  4. 1/2 cup boiled sweetcorn
  5. 1 small carrot
  6. 1/4 apple
  7. 1 small cucumber
  8. For dressing _
  9. 12 blanched almonds,
  10. 1 tsp honey,
  11. 2 tsp white vinegar,
  12. salt, pepper,
  13. 1/2 green chili,
  14. coriander leaves or parsley

    Shred cabbage. Remove seeds from tomato and cut it into thin slices. Remove seeds from cucumber, and cut it into juveniles. Cut carrot into juveniles. Boil sweet corn and cool them. Slice apple.

    To make dressing, put almonds, salt, honey, pepper, green chili, vinegar, and coriander in a blender jar. Blend it. Add 2 tsp of water and blend to make a dressing.

    In a bowl, place shredded cabbage, cut veggies, sliced apple and corn. Pour dressing and mix well. Salad is ready to serve.
