Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupraw mango pieces
  2. 4-5methi seeds
  3. 1/2 tbsp oil
  4. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 3-4 garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 tsp urad daal and chana daal
  7. 4-5 curry leaves
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2tsp raai, jeera

    Gather ingredients. add salt and red chilli powder to raw mango pieces and mix well.

    Stir fry methi seeds in little quantity of oil and crush methi seeds and pieces of raw mangoes and garlic cloves.

    Make a tadka of oil rai, jeera, curry leaves, chana daal, udad daal

  4. 4

    Add the crushes mixtuer to tadka and stir for 2-3 minutes.

    Raw mango pachadi is ready to eat
