Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupdates
  3. 1/2 cupjaggery powder
  4. 1/4 cupghee
  5. 1/2 cupmixed nuts(Almond, pistachios, cashews)

Cooking Instructions

    Measure and take wheat flour, dates,mixed nuts, jaggery powder,ghee. Keep them ready.

    Take a mixer jar and add dates, jaggery & nuts, grind nicely.

  3. 3

    Keep a kadai on low heat,add ghee,let it heat,then add wheat flour,saute at very low heat.

  4. 4

    When the smell comes,remove from the heat. Let it cool for a few minutes. Add the grinded dates, jaggery and nuts mix. Mix to combine well. A little warmer makes it a uniform laddu.

    Now the healthy and tasty wheat flour dates laddu is ready to serve. Enjoy the laddu.
