Cooking Instructions

Beat eggs and sugar together with the help of electric beater.

Beat the mix till the double in volume.

Sieve the flour 3times and mix it in egg-sugar mixture in small batches by the cut and fold method.

Prepare the tray for baking... By greasing and dusting with flour

Transfer the mixture into the tray.

Bake it in pre heated oven at 200 dg for 8-10 min

After cooling the sponge.. Transfer it on brown paper dusted with some castor sugar.

Spread the blueberry jam over it... And rolled it carefully.

Keep the roll in the fridge for setting

After about 2 hours cut the roll in pieces thickness of about 1 inch.
