Chapati Chiwda
This is a quick and easy recipe by reusing chapatis.
Cooking Instructions

Re-use 5 chapati prepared earlier, cut it into small pieces by hand

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
- 3
Once oil is warm add mustard seeds
- 4
As it sizzles, add turmeric powder and mix it well
- 5
Add pieces of chapati
- 6
Roast it for about 5-7 minutes till chapati pieces becomes a bit crispy
- 7
Add chilli powder, salt and mix it well
- 8
Turn off the heat and add sugar, mix it well
- 9
Serve it hot
