Ingredients

30 mins
10-serving
  • 1 kgtuna fish
  • 50 gmscoconut oil
  • 1 tbspfennel
  • 3 tbspsginger garlic paste
  • 25 gmschilly pdr kashmiri
  • 3 tspscorriander pdr
  • 1 tspturmeric pdr
  • salt to tast
  • 5 pcscocum water put in hot
  • curry leaves few

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    1st wash fish and cut into 1 inch pcs

  2. 2

    Wash with some curd and wheat flour

  3. 3

    In a mud pot add coconut oil

  4. 4

    When it is hot add fennel and it change colour add ginger and garlic paste fry well

  5. 5

    Add chilly pdr,corriander pdr,and turmeric

  6. 6

    Fry 30 sec add cucum and water +more water

  7. 7

    When it is biol add fish and salt curry leaves.slow fire cook till fish is tender and oil comes up.

  8. 8
