Chilli saucy Beef with Carrot & Capsicum

Cooking Instructions

Cut the beef into small pieces(strips).

Marinate beef with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,salt, 1 tsp pepper powder, vinegar for 1/2 an hr.Pressure cook this till done.

Open the cooker & heat this till all the stock dries up.

In a pan heat 4-5 tbsp oil & shallow fry the beef in 2 or 3 batches.set this aside.

Cut the onions & capsicum into big chunks.cut the carrots into 1 inch strips.

Remove any excess oil, leaving only 1 tbsp in the pan.Saute the carrots for few minutes sothat it cooks.

Add the shallow fried beef to this.now add the capsicum & sauté for a minute.then the onions & sauté.

Add the 1 tsp pepper powder along with the two sauces.cook for a minute or two.adjust seasonings.

Dissolve 1 tsp cornflour in 1 tbsp water. Drizzle this over the beef & cook for another miñute. serve hot with paratha or fried rice
