Ingredients

  1. 30 - 25Mushrooms
  2. 1/2Red Bell pepper
  3. 1/2Green capsicum
  4. 1/2Yellow bell peper
  5. 1Onion
  6. Half a cupSpring onion
  7. 2 - 3 ClovesGarlic
  8. 1 tablespoonOlive oil
  9. 1 tablespoonSoya sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonchilli tomato sauce Sweet n
  11. 1Green chilli
  12. 1 TablespoonChilli sauce
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. To tastePepper

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped the garlic cloves into smaller pieces and chilli into two halves.

    Cut the capsicum and Bell peppers in small cubes. Dice the onions into 4 and take out the layered onion pieces. Shoppe d the spring onions and keep the white onions separate and the green separate.

    Clean the mushrooms and cut into halves.

    Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and cook till you get the aroma. Add the half chilli and the layered onions with the white spring onions.

    Add the mushrooms and a pinch of salt and cook for about 5 mind till the mushrooms are half done.

    Add the capsicum, bell peppers, and the green spring onions and cook til the vegetables are cooked. Make sure ethereal capsicum is still crunchy and not over cooked.

    Mix all the sauces in a bowl and add to the vegetables.  Add a pinch of pepper to it and Cook on a high flame for 3-5minutes.

    Serve Hot as a starter or a side with fried rice.
