Ingredients

  1. bread crumb mix
  2. 1 1/2 ozpanko bread crumbs
  3. 1/2 ozfrench fried onions
  4. 4dry arbol chillies
  5. 1 tspold bay
  6. 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  7. Crab Cake
  8. 1 1/2 ozgreen and red bell pepper diced mix sauteed
  9. 1 ozred onion diced and sauteed
  10. 1eggs
  11. 3 tbspmayonnaise
  12. 1/2 ozgreen onion sliced thin
  13. 1 clovechopped garlic sauteed
  14. 1/2 ozSerrano chillies small dice
  15. 1 tbspdijon mustard
  16. 1 lblump crab meat

Cooking Instructions

    Mix crab crab meat with bell peppers, onions, Serrano chillies, garlic, and green onions.

    In sepperate bowl mix egg, mayonnaise, and dijon mustard, till well mixed. Then fold mixture into crab mixture till well incorporated.

    In food proccessor,Add bread crumbs, dry chillies, oldbay, white pepper and french fried onions. Grind till fine. Then fold bread crumb mixture into crab meat mix well incorporated.

    After everything is mixed use a 1/2 cup measuring cup sprayed with cooking spray or coat with oil. Pack mixture into cup to make patties.

    Should get about 5 patties heat pan on syove with vegatable oil if butter it may burn. Once the pans hot place patties in pan untill golden one side flip wait a minute press patties down slightly. Once golden both sides finish in oven 325°F for 15 min.

Been cooking since 5 started with eggs just decided to go to school in culinary arts you all inspire me. My plating and recipes will get a lot better since I'm a perfectionist.
