Oh dear, I think I'm selling a rug on craigslist today. I've never sold anything on Craigslist and I've worked myself up to believe that this person is definitely going to be a craigslist killer. Last night, Michael and I went to dinner with some of our best friends Dilani and Stephen. We started talking about the sale of my rug. It's really a nice rug but, I just am in the mood for changing up the living room a little. Its Black and Tan Zebra. It's classy but, it is more bold than I want anymore. Anyway, the "lady" is coming at 11 am to get the rug and Michael has to round at the hospital. So, I don't know if he'll be home. I say "lady" because I've already imagined some big burly man disguising himself as Cindy in the emails coming to cut my throat. Last night Dilani brought up, " Did you hear about the pregnant lady and craigslist?!". "SHhhhhHHHH!" Michael and Stephen said. I still have no idea what the story is but, I can come up with plenty of nightmarish situations to fill in the gaps. I started getting nervous and texted my brother, "Would you maybe be able to come over around 11? This person from Craigslist is coming over and I'm scared". He replied, "Wait, why don't you meet them somewhere?". I had to explain it was a large rug and Michael thinks it will sell better in the environment of our living room versus a parking lot. Michael is leaving me for the wolves! So this morning I had my coffee and went for a run. I get back, shower, and make Ricotta ...

Hey there!I'm so glad you stopped to visit! Welcome to my blog/recipe bank. I love cooking for Michael (my husband) and I when we aren't working at the hospitals here in Atlanta. Being health conscious, it's all about the preventative medicine people! That includes what we eat :) I'm an oncology pharmacist and creating potions and recipes was something I was born to do. My grandmother taught me italian cooking at a young age and it brings out the best in my recipes to this day.So here's to you Grandma!
