Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 100 gmPeas
  3. 2Onions
  4. 3Tomatoes
  5. 1 small pieceGinger
  6. 4 clovesGarlic
  7. 2Green chillies
  8. 2 tbl spnOil
  9. 2Bay leaf
  10. 1 tspJeera
  11. 2Black cardamoms
  12. Clove4-5 cloves
  13. 1 tspDeghi mirch
  14. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  15. 1 tspGaram masala
  16. 1 tspCorriander powder
  17. 1-1/2 tspSalt
  18. Corriander fresh

Cooking Instructions

    Take onions,tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chillies and grind them in smooth paste.

    Take a pan, heat it and pour oil now fry the paneer cubes till pinkish brown...and take it out

  3. 3

    In the same oil add whole spices till they crackle

  4. 4

    Now add the grinded mixture into the pan.

    These are the spices needed to cook the gravy

    When the masala leaves oil add the spices

  7. 7

    In the roasted masala add matar and paneer and saute it for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Now add water into it and keep on boiling for 20 minutes on a slow flame.

    Yummy matar paneer in a thick gravy is ready.

    You can have it with rice or prantha.
