Cooking Instructions

Add a tsp of oil into a frying pan and place each slice of bread one after the other turning each side until golden brown and crispy the remove and set aside.

In a small bowl, break eggs in 2 sets, add chopped peppers and onion with a pinch of salt and whisk together the fry on low heat.

Remove eggs once ready and using the same pan, add a tsp of oil and place the sausages in the pan to fry stirring for 2 mins

Bring water to the boil and steep the green tea for 3mins.
- 5
Serve in a plate and garnish with slices of cucumber.
