Ingredients

  1. 1lr whole cream milk
  2. 100sugar
  3. 2 tbspThandai powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a flat surface pan and pour the milk.

  2. 2

    Reduce the milk till it become 3/4 of it.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and thandai powder as well.

  4. 4

    Add one pinch of lamon colour.

  5. 5

    Leave for some time till it become cool.

  6. 6

    Blend in blender, therefore it become more smoother.

  7. 7

    Pour in molds in which it kept freeze.

  8. 8

    After 8 to 10 hours,kulfi will be ready.

    Take off from fridge, leave for a while and de mold it.

    Cut into pieces and serve chilled.😎🍧🍧
