First of all we will need a pan and add into milk and cook it on high flame untill boil.

After boil we will cook it on medium flame and occasionly stir it.

When it is half of his quantity we will add into sugar and stir it.

After mix sugar we will add chopped cashew and Elaichi paowder. Stir it well

Now we will cook it untill it will 1/3 of his quantity

Now it is ready we will keep.it aside and and wait untill it cool down.

Now take kulfi maulds or glass and fill it with kulfi batter and cover it with eluminium foel or butter pepper and keep a stick in centre and take it in freezer for overnight or untill it set.

It is ready now we will rub it with hands and our kulfi is ready now.
