    Khoya or maida ko mix kar le.jab tak ke wo ak sa na ho jaye

    Ager jrort ho tu thora thora kar ke milk add kar ke ak smooth ghodh le.

    Phir 10 mint ke liye rakh de rest ke liye.

    Phir 10 mint ke baad aache se ghodh le.

    Ab es mixcher ke gole bana le. Per y dhyan rahe ke beech mein se tute hue na nahi tu gulab jamun fat jayege

    Ab ak kadhi mein thora sa oil dal kar dhimi aanch mein garam karein.

    Ab es mein goliyo ko dal kar fry kar le.

    Beech beech mein hilate rahe. Jab gulab jamun ke rang Brown ho jaye tu goliyo ko nikal kar thanda hone de.

    Ab ak ghare bartn mein pani or chini dal kar chashni bana le. Chashni ak tar ki nahi honi chaiye.

    Jab chashni thori thandi ho jaye tu us mein gulam jaum dal kar 2hours ke liye rakh de.
