Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesBacon(use as much needed)
  2. 3 packagesGround Turkey (very lean) (about 3 or more lbs)
  3. 1 1/2 cupBreadcrumbs
  4. 1/4 cupNutmeg, pepper, and salt (other spices if you prefer)
  5. 8 eachLarge Eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 6 or 4 eggs. (eggs needed to put in loaf.)

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  3. 3

    When done, start preparation of loaf. Empty ground turkey into large bowl.

  4. 4

    Add 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, spices into bowl of ground turkey.

  5. 5

    Mix well together.

  6. 6

    Put into an oiled baking dish or loaf pan. If not in loaf pan shape into a loaf.

  7. 7

    Put boiled eggs into ground turkey loaf.

  8. 8

    Place bacon on loaf until covered.

  9. 9

    Put into oven and bake for 1 hour.

  10. 10

    Take out and serve. If I missed anything, feel free to ask.
