Ingredients

  1. 4 piecesChicken
  2. Fresh pepper
  3. Salt
  4. 2 teaspoonCurry
  5. 1/2 teaspoonGinger
  6. 1 sachettomato paste
  7. 2knorr seasoning
  8. 1cooking spoon Crayfish
  9. 2big Onion
  10. 2cooking spoon vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil the rice for 15minutes,wash and keep aside.

    Boil the chicken till is soft with salt,knorr cubes,curry,onion.

    Fry the tomato paste in a hot vegetable oil,be stirring to avoid getting burnt.

    Pour in the chicken stock and stir allow it to boil for few minutes.then add salt,curry,crayfish,sliced fresh pepper and boil for 4 minutes.

    Pour in water that will be enough for boiling the rice,as is boiling pit the knorr seasioning and ginger.

    Pour in the parboiled rice and stir very well to mix up the ingredients and cover to boil.
