Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 2chopped tomatoes
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 2chopped green chillies
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tea spoonred chilli sauce
  7. 1 tea spoonschezwan chutney
  8. 1 tea spoonjeera
  9. 1 tea spoonhing
  10. 1 table spoonbutter
  11. Halfkatori malai
  12. 1lemon juice
  13. Halfkatori soaked peas
  14. 2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  15. 2 tea spoondhaniya powder
  16. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  17. 1small piece of chopped ginger
  18. 1 tea spooncrushed kasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    Take butter put jeera, hing and chopped onion till golden brown

  2. 2

    Put chopped tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and mix well

  3. 3

    Add schezwan chutney, red chilli sauce, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, salt, pinch of sugar, red chilli powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Add malai to it with peas and paneer

  5. 5

    Cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Sprinkle kasuri methi and mix well

  7. 7

    Garnish with green coriander leaves
