  1. 100 gmgreen boiled peas
  2. 500 gmpaneer
  3. 5diced tomatoes
  4. 1diced onion
  5. 1small piece of chopped ginger
  6. 10-15soaked cashew nuts
  7. 2-3green chillies
  8. Halfteaspoon jeera
  9. Halfteaspoon hing
  10. 2 tea spoondhaniya powder
  11. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  12. 1.5 tea spoonred chilli powder
  13. Halfteaspoon kasuri methi
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. Pinchsugar
  16. 1 tea spoonamchur powder
  17. 2 table spoonmalai or cream
  18. Halfteaspoon kitchen king masala(optional)
  19. 1 table spoonoil
  20. 1 table spoonbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Make puree of tomatoes, onion, ginger, green chillies, cashew nuts

    Take oil and butter in kadai

  3. 3

    Add jeera, hing as it swells and puree

  4. 4

    In puree add dhaniya powder, turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, salt, amchoor, kasuri methi

    Mix it well till oil and butter leaves

    Add cream or malai

  7. 7

    Add boiled peas and diced paneer

  8. 8

    Mix all properly

  9. 9

    Cover it for 10-15 minutes

    Mutter paneer ready to serve with Parantha or roti
