Ingredients

  1. 250 gramspaneer
  2. 1potato curry cut
  3. Handfulmatter/peas
  4. 2onions, chopped
  5. 4tomatoes and 4 tablespoons pureed
  6. 2green chillies, slit
  7. 1 teaspoonjeera
  8. 1 teaspoongrated Ginger
  9. 4 tablespoonsoil
  10. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  12. 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoonjeera powder
  14. 8 piecessoaked cashews

Cooking Instructions

    Take oil in a kadhai add jeera, cashews, green chillies and onion. Fry oniontill it turns golden brown. Gradually add paneer pieces, potato pieces and matar. After frying of 5 minutes add all dried masala.

    Grind tomato and malai to a paste. Add tomato paste to paneer and fry for 5 minutes. Add salt and one glass of water, cover the lid check the consistency of gravy. Serve with rice or roti.
