  2. 1/2 cupspinach, loosely packed
  3. 1/4 cupblueberries
  4. 1banana
  5. 1/2 tbspwhole flax seeds, ground
  6. 1/2 tbspagave nectar, organic raw
  7. 1/2 cupice

I love to bake. I recently purchased a Nutri Ninja Blender and a KitchenAid stand mixer. Trying to balance sweets and healthy smoothies and other concoctions I can make with my blender. :)
