Ramadan sesason people's are mostly drink shakes, smoothies, or juices. Every day they intake different delicious drinks. Dates is one of the good sauce for our body, it can help to prevent more disease such as heart problems, anemia etc. Daily we need to take at least one dates.

Ingredients

  1. 5crushed Dates
  2. 2small Banana
  3. 2 tbspSabja seeds
  4. as neededWhipped cream powder
  5. 2 tablespoonCoco powder
  6. 2 tspCoffee powder
  7. 1-2 cupIced milk
  8. 1 tspCardamom powder
  9. 1 tspHoney
  10. 2 tablespoonSugar
  11. 1/4 tspSea salt
  12. 1/2 tspVanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    First in a large bowl mix Coco powder, sea salt, cardamom powder, honey and iced milk and add sabjaseeds.

    Keep at refrigerate in 45mins, after 20mins stir once again, it doesn't form clumps

  3. 3

    Take blender mashed the banana, dates and sugar.

  4. 4

    Then use the beater for preparing whipped cream (whipped cream powder+milk+sugar+vanila essence).

    After 45mins serve the glass, you can layer the dates banana mixture with sabjaseeds pudding.

    Serve the whipped cream in top of the glass and garnish with chocolate or nuts it's optional.
