Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspChina grass or agar agar soak in 1/2 cup water
  2. 1/2 cupDates chopped
  3. 1 cupMilk
  4. 1 cupCream
  5. 1/2 cupCondensed milk
  6. 2 tbspSugar if required
  7. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the China grass or agar agar in 1/2 cup of water for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Soak dates in 3 Tbsp milk and grind into smooth paste

  3. 3

    Keep China grass on heat in low flame

  4. 4

    Then take deep bottom vessel boil one cup of milk in medium heat

  5. 5

    When it come to boiling point reduce the heat and add condensed milk, cream and sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Then add dates paste and mix well

  7. 7

    When the China grass is melt completely add to the milk mixture and mix well

  8. 8

    Stir for 3_4 minutes and pour into mould

  9. 9

    Refrigerate for 4_6 Hours

  10. 10

    Cut and serve chill
