Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3-4onions(large)
  2. oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut onions vertically and thinly sliced.

  2. 2

    Oil in a kadhai and heat it.

  3. 3

    Add the sliced onions.

  4. 4

    Fry the onions on medium flame.
    Keep stirring in between so that all the onions are fried.

  5. 5

    When the onions are fried well and attain the golden brown colour strain them out.

  6. 6

    Let it cool down. Now onions are crispy and crushy, they are ready to be used.

  7. 7

    Stored it in air tight containers
