Special crispy onion for biryani
Cooking Instructions

Cut onions vertically and thinly sliced.

Oil in a kadhai and heat it.

Add the sliced onions.
- 4
Fry the onions on medium flame.
Keep stirring in between so that all the onions are fried. - 5
When the onions are fried well and attain the golden brown colour strain them out.

Let it cool down. Now onions are crispy and crushy, they are ready to be used.

Stored it in air tight containers
