Ingredients

  1. 2roti
  2. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  3. 2Red chilli
  4. Handfulcurry leaves
  5. Little hing
  6. Sprinkle of salt
  7. Sprinkle of black salt
  8. Oil for tadka

Cooking Instructions

    First cut the roti to small pieces then take oil in kadai add mustard seeds let it splutter then to it add curry leaves dry red chilli and hing. Now add roti pieces with sprinkle of salt and black salt and fry it till crisp. You do not need to use lot of oil do it on low flame and it will be crispy.
