Ingredients

  1. 2 grated carrot
  2. 1finely chopped green chilli
  3. 1 tbs dry roasted penuts powder
  4. 1 tsp lemon juice
  5. 1/2 tspsugar
  6. 1 tspsalt (as required)
  7. 1 tsp oil
  8. 1 tsp mustard seed
  9. 1 Pinch asafoetida
  10. 1/2 tbs finely chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Place grated carrots (gajar) in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add lemon juice, salt, sugar, roasted peanut powder. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in tadka pan on medium low flame. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chilli.

  4. 4

    Switch off the gas. Add this tadka over carrot and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
