Cooking Instructions

Dip the skewers in a glass of water

Grind green dip ingredients and keep aside

In a large bowl take marination ingredient mix well

Add paneer onion and capsicum pieces,mix nicely and keep in refrigirator for 2 -3 hours

Heat a grill pan brush with oil
- 6
Arrange paneer onion and capsicum pcs alternately in the skewers
- 7
Keep in the pan and cook by flipping occasionally till light brown
- 8
When done serve with the dip
