Idli :
soak 50 gm rice overnight. grind rice with salt & little water into a smooth batter. steam idlis for 12 mins in am idli maker by applying little ghee at the base.Sambhar :
soak 50 gms tur dal for 30 mins in water. take a pan. add ghee. add cum
