EASY Kielbasa Hash
This is easy but takes a little more time than most. Best for breakfast!!
Cooking Instructions

Thinly slice sausage and sauté until lightly browned. Place in large glass baking dish

Set oven to 450. Dice potatoes and cook in skillet for 20 minutes, until soft. Sprinkle parsley over the top. Place in baking dish
- 3
Dice bell pepper and onion and sauté until cooked through. Add garlic 3 minutes before done. Place in baking dish.

Mix all together and sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Make sure potatoes cook all the way through

Optional: Serve with a fried egg over the top
