Ingredients

  1. 400 gm Paneer Slab
  2. As neededGreen chutney of your choice
  3. 4-5tomato slices
  4. 1/2 cupthick curd
  5. 2-3 clovescrushed garlic
  6. to tasteRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspTandoori masala powder
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 piecealuminum foil

Cooking Instructions

    Take Smooth Paneer slab. Slit it into 4 horizontal slabs taking care not to break it.

    Apply chutney on 1st paneer slab, cover with 2nd slab.Layer it with tomato slices sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder, cover it with the 3 rd slab.Apply chutney and cover it with 4 th slab.

    Layers will look like this.👇

    In a bowl take curd garlic salt and all the dry spices except Chaat masala.Mix well.

    On the top layer apply the curd mix.Turn down wards the curd applied layered paneer slab onto the aluminum foil.

    Now again apply the curd mix on the top slab. Lift the layered paneer along with the aluminum foil,put it on a baking tray and bake in oven on 180° till done..

    When done sprinkle with Chaat masala. Cut the Paneer length wise. Serve with some onions and lemon pieces.Serve as it is with the foil.

    U can bake this in electric tandoor as well.
