Ingredients

  1. 3 cupwheat atta
  2. 2 tspsalt as per test
  3. Water for make dough
  4. 2 cupCabbage
  5. 1 cupCarrot
  6. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1 cupOil (for tasks & for grishing)
  8. 1 tsp-Surag
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp-coriander leaves & curry leaves
  11. 1 tsp-Cumin powder & coriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    First Take big bowl add wheat atta in that add salt,oil 1 spoon mix it well next add water little by little for making dough make a dough & apply oil on it, leave for 15min.

    Next step take a pan heat it add oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,chopped onion shot or fry it well added turmeric powder mix it. Next add chopped cabbage, grated carrot, salt,sugar,cumin & coriander powder, coriander leaves mix it well & fry it well. Cool down the mixture.

    Next step take a dough. Make small round peda & spread little fill a mixture & close upper side from remaining dough.

    Make a chapati & take a chapati pan
    fry or bake it properly. Serve it hot with ketchup.
