Cooking Instructions

Shred the Cabbage very finely. Chop the green chilli.wash corinder and chop very finely.

Heat a oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal one after another.

Add mustard seed crackle, add curry leaves, add Cabbage and green chillies to it. Stir and keep it covered at medium flame for a minute.add tumeric powder and salt stir and keep covered at another minute.

Add the greated coconut mix it. Add coriander leaves mix well. Serve hot.
