Ingredients

  1. 7-8big boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 2chopped onion
  3. To tastesalt
  4. To tastered chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 2green chillies chopped
  7. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  8. as neededRed and green sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. 2

    Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into round shape.

  3. 3

    Heat a non-stick tava on a medium flame and grease it with oil and cook the tikkis using little oil,till both sides are golden brown in colour or you can fry also.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with red sauce.
