Cooking Instructions

Peel and dice and wash the yam, cook in a slated water till soft.

Blend the tomatoes, pepper and onions, put oil in the pot when hot fry the blended tomatoes, fry till dry add salt curry maggi and thyme stir.
- 3
Wash and slice the vegetable when the stew is dry add the fry meat stir the add the vegetable strike and put done serve with the yam.
