Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 250 gmskuttu ka aata
  3. as neededsendha salt
  4. as neededred pepper(lal mirch)
  5. as requiredOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the potatoes

    Cut potatotes into pieces and sprinkle salt and red pepper on it.

  3. 3

    Make a thick paste of kuttu flour and add little salt (as required). Dip the potatoes in it.

    Heat the oil in a pan and put the potatoes slowly in the oil.

  5. 5

    Deep fry the pakoras and take out after 2-3 mins

  6. 6

    Serve hot for better taste.Enjoy your meal.
