Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppalak
  2. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tspchilli paste
  8. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  9. 1 cupchopped tomato
  10. 1 tbspCashew paste
  11. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  13. 2 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 tbspchopped green garlic
  15. 1 tspsalt
  16. 2 tbspcream
  17. 1 cuppaneer

Cooking Instructions

    Wash palak and coriander.

    Boil both palak and coriander with 2 tsp salt.

  3. 3

    Once it boils make a smooth puree of it.

    Heat oil and butter in a pan.

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste and chilli paste.

  6. 6

    Add onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes.

  8. 8

    Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.

    Add cashew paste and mix well.

  10. 10

    Add palak puree and mix. Lastly add cream and mix well.

  11. 11

    Add paneer and serve hot.
