Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take a broad mixing bowl and make a smooth, medium consistency batter by mixing all the ingredients listed under batter with water (little water at a time)
The batter should not be too thick or too runny. Keep it aside. - 2
Meanwhile take 3 slices of bread for one bread sandwich pakoda
Now spread 1 tablespoon of green chutney on one bread slice
Lay another bread slice on top of the green chutney slice and apply 1 tablespoon of spicy coconut chutney evenly - 3
Take the 3rd bread slice spread the tomato ketchup and place on the coconut chutney side and make sure all the sides are intact
- 4
Gently press all over and now put the whole sandwich into the batter very carefully.
Now cover the sandwich with the batter and make sure that the sandwich is coated with the batter from everywhere. - 5
Now lift the coated sandwich very carefully, hold it for few seconds, so that excess batter is removed and gently slide the whole sandwich into the hot oil.
(be careful) - 6
Keep pouring hot oil over the Pakoda from the sides with the stainless steel slotted spoon
- 7
Once you see the upper layer of the pakora covered in oil, very gently turn away the pakora and fry until golden brown and crisp
Remove it from the oil on a plate
- 8
Now cut the pakora into 2 or four triangles with a knife.
Serve HOT bread pakoda with tea or any cold beverage.
Repeat same method with the remaining breads.

I'm trying to consume 100% rice flour at some point everyday, so I added it to some already chewy bread and arrived at this. It made it fluffy, too!If you want to use margarine or salted butter, then reduce the amount of salt to 3 g.I just set my machine to the bread making course and let it cook the dough.I use an MK bread maker 100% of the time. Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread
I'm removing gluten and casein from my son's diet, so I made this soft and fluffy bread for him.The point is to keep an eye on the dough while it's proofing so that it only doubles in size. If it expands too much, the center of the bread will sink.If it's summer, once the dough is about 1.5 times larger, go ahead and preheat your oven. You can make this with dry yeast too. Caramel Rusks * With Sandwich Bread Caramel Rusks * With Sandwich Bread
It's delicious to eat the crusts from the sandwiches as is, but I wanted to make them caramel flavoured, which my kids love, so I created this recipe. If you think there is not enough caramel sauce, you can add more sugar and butter for your desired amount.I used 3 tablespoons of sugar and 15 g of butter for my family, but this is for my kids so I recommend 6 tablespoons of sugar and 30 g of butter. If you use water instead of milk, the taste will be light. If you use nondairy creamer instead of milk, the taste will be rich. Recipe by *jUN* cookpad.japan -

Kubota Sake Sandwich Bread Kubota Sake Sandwich Bread
Since I'm such a lightweight, I can't drink Kubota sake, but since I want to indulge in it, too, I made this bread.I tried some fancy bread that used a 20-year-old sake lees called "kinsei" and loved it, and it got me interested in sake and sake lees.Be careful not to let the pot boil over when softening the rice. With the regular water content of sake and rice, the dough will be sticky and wet, so dust your work surface with flour, and reduce the amount of water. The photo shows the bread with 50% extra strong flour. Recipe by Osshosan cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine) Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine)
I wanted to make the milk-flavored bread that I ate often when I was a child. After trial and error, I succeeded with this regular milk sandwich bread. This sandwich bread stays forever fluffy. This goes well with about anything so try making different variations. When making the chocolate version or the low fat version, be sure to adjust the amount of sugar and butter used.I now always use about 15 g transfat-free shortening, along with soy milk and butter.Microwave gently to make it fluffy again. Easy Rusk with Sandwich Bread in 5 Minutes Easy Rusk with Sandwich Bread in 5 Minutes
Rusks are so expensive when you buy them at bakery stores. I wanted to make them easily and in an inexpensive way, so I came up with my version by referencing a variety of recipes.I use 5-slice loaf (thickly sliced) bread for these rusks, split them in half down its side, and microwave at 600 W. Adjust the microwaving time according to the thickness of the bread, and model of microwave oven. The moisture in the bread might not evaporate completely or on the other hand, it might burn on you, so keep an eye on them.I think it will also be fun, to cut out the bread into shapes with your child.
