Ingredients

  1. 250 gms palak
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 1Lemon juce
  6. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash well palak leaves to remove the dirt.

    Add a mixture jar add palak, salt and add lemon juice. Grind toa smooth puree.

    Take a bowl, add flour, salt, and ghee add the palak puree and knead it to a soft dough. rest for 15-minutes.

    Divide the dough into 4-5equal portions. Make small roundels roti.

  5. 5

    Heat a non stick taw place the rolled out roti on the hot tawa.remove from heat and place it on a plate apply ghee. Roti is ready.

    Serve with pickle and raw mango chutney.
