Ingredients

  1. Leftover rotis - 1 roti per cheela
  2. 3 tbspBesan
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1/2 cupshredded palak
  5. 1green chilli finely chopped
  6. 1/4 tspajwain
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. leavesChopped Coriander
  10. Oil to fry on pan
  11. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Take Besan in a big bowl
    Add all the ingredients

    Add water and make a thick batter. Just like dosa

  3. 3

    Heat up a non stick pan
    Put little oil
    Pour Besan batter and place leftover roti over cheela

  4. 4

    Let it cook on low flame
    Pour some more oil around the cheela

  5. 5

    Flip when it’s done from one side
    And let it be crisp from the other side too
    Keep pressing with a spatula so that it’s done nicely

    Cut it four parts and put little oil in the middle so that Besan is cooked well. When it's completely done remove from the pan

  7. 7

    Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
