Ingredients

  1. 200 grampaneer
  2. 1/4 cupcorn flour/arrarot
  3. 1/4 cupmaida
  4. 1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tspchilli Powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1chopped Green capsicum
  8. 2chopped Onion
  9. 2Green chilli chopped
  10. 2 tablespoonsRed chilli sause
  11. 2 tbspGarlic chopped
  12. 2 tbspGinger chopped
  13. 3 tbsptomato sauce
  14. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  15. 1 tspvinegar
  16. 3 tablespoonOil
  17. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First Cut capsicum, onion in square shape and keep aside, Take the paneer cut square shape.

    In a bowl add maida, corn flour, red chilli powder, white pepper powder and salt mix well. now add water to it and make better add paneer cubes and mix. keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Heat oil Fry the paneer and keep aside.
    In a pan put oil and add Chopped garlic, ginger, and saute for few minutes. Add onion and capsicum fry for 2 minutes, then add red chilli sause, tomato sauce, soya sauce, venigar, salt and fry for two minutes then add paneer and fry for 5 minutes.

    Now paneer chilli is ready to serve. Garnish with some sesame seeds.
