Cara Membuat

Buat isian terlebih dahulu, cuci bersih semua bumbu halus, lalu haluskan dengan blender/chopper/giling (Make the filling first, wash all the ground spices, then puree them with a blender/chopper/grind them)

Hancurkan tahu, lalu potong kecil kecil daun kucai (Crush the tofu, then chop the chive leaves into small pieces)

Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukkan bumbu halus, tumis sampai matang, masukkan tahu dan beri sedikit air, masak sampai meresap, masukkan daun kucai, masak sebentar lalu angkat (Heat a little oil, add the ground spices, stir-fry until cooked, add the tofu and add a little water, cook until absorbed, add the chive leaves, cook briefly then remove from heat)

Siapkan 1 buah mangkok, masukkan semua bahan adonan cireng, untuk air bisa disesuaikan sampai kira kira tekstur adonan tidak terlalu keras dan tidak terlalu lembek/lengket (Prepare 1 bowl, add all the ingredients for the cireng dough, you can adjust the water until the texture of the dough is not too hard and not too soft/sticky)

Ciri adonan yang pas, masih lembut tapi tidak lengket di tangan, jika adonan masih terasa lengket bisa di tambah lagi tepung tapioka (The characteristics of the right dough, it is still soft but not sticky to your hands, if the dough still feels sticky you can add more tapioca flour)

Setelah adonan siap, bentuk sesuai selera dan masukkan isian cireng, saya juga menggunakan isian keju (Once the dough is ready, shape it according to your taste and add the cireng filling, i use some cheeses for the filling as well)

Panaskan minyak, lalu goreng sampai sedikit kecoklatan dan angkat (Heat the oil, then fry until slightly browned and remove from heat)
