材料

  1. mushroom (oyster, trumpet, shiitake etc) 1 lb
  2. extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
  3. shallot (sliced) 1 large
  4. garlic (finely minced) 1 clove
  5. white wine 2 tablespoons
  6. kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon
  7. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  8. For the vinaigrette:
  9. extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup
  10. balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons
  11. county dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
  12. maple syrup 1 teaspoon
  13. kosher salt to taste
  14. freshly ground black peper to taste
  15. fresh Italian parsley (chopped) 1/4 cup

作り方

  1. 1

    Use your hands or a knife to make bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl, whisk in all the vinaigrette ingredients.

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add mushroom/ salt.

  4. 4

    Add wine then cover, cook until the mushrooms get wilted.

  5. 5

    Uncover, add shallot/garlic/pepper then cook until tender.

  6. 6

    Transfer to a mixing bowl, add parsley. and stir well.

  7. 7

    Taste, add salt and pepper as needed. Serve!
